The Brief
Following an exceptional year of performance, IBEX sought to host a high-energy corporate awards showcase to celebrate and re-engage 150 of their top-performing team members. The goal was to break away from traditional corporate galas and create an immersive, vibrant experience that felt genuinely celebratory, culturally rich, and highly prestigious.
The Experience & Execution
Set against the tropical backdrop of Royalton Blue Waters, the event was designed around a high-impact, saturated color palette intended to spark energy and enthusiasm from the moment guests stepped onto the property.
Arrival & Cultural Immersion: Guests were greeted with an interactive tribal welcome featuring high-energy African drummers, live rhythm percussion, and LED stilt walkers, setting an immediate tone of excitement and prestige.
Bespoke Visual Styling: Saturated jewel tones, dramatic structural decor, and custom lighting transformed the resort space into a dynamic celebration hub.
Seamless Logistics & Touches: Every guest touchpoint was curated—from custom-built VIP award trophies to premium branded swag bags and live band production management.
